How chukei.dev uses analytics
We use PostHog to understand whether the homepage, quickstart paths, and download calls to action are useful to people evaluating chukei.
Before consent
PostHog is initialized with memory-only persistence. That means we can capture anonymous page events during the current visit, but we do not set PostHog cookies or localStorage for cross-session tracking.
After consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we switch PostHog to cookie and localStorage persistence so returning visits can be connected. We also attach campaign parameters such as UTM and ad click IDs when they are present in the URL.
What we track
- Page views, page leave events, and scroll-depth milestones.
- Clicks on navigation, download, quickstart, GitHub, and footer links.
- Campaign attribution parameters present in the URL.
Your choice
You can decline analytics cookies and still use the site. To reset your choice, clear site data for chukei.dev in your browser.
